When is a return possible?
A purchased item or service can be returned when:
- The new item has a factory defect and cannot be replaced or repaired;
- The service does not meet the predefined requirements and cannot be fixed or replaced.
Return procedure for item/service
- If the purchased product or service does not meet the required standards, the buyer must notify the seller in detail about the issue.
- If repair or replacement is not possible, the return procedure begins.
Return process
- The purchased item/service should be sent to the pre-agreed address at the buyer’s expense.
- The seller will inspect the item, confirm the issue, and notify the buyer in writing that the return process has started.
- If replacement or repair is not possible, the refund process begins.
- The refund process includes returning the item price minus commission and shipping costs (4% commission). For example, if the item cost 100 ₾, the refund will be 96 ₾.
Timeline
Refunded amount will appear on the buyer’s card within 10 business days after the return process is completed.
